Tell us your campsite and your dates

Send the campground, the key and the dates, and we will reply with the RVs whose host can get there. Email is the only channel. There is no phone number, because there is no answered line behind one.

Where is the RV going?

The campground decides the RV. Name it, and the loop or site type if you know it, and the reply will say which RVs can reach it and which are short enough.

There is no phone number

This business has no answered line, no premises and no counter. It owns no RVs, takes no payment and issues no refunds. Email reaches a person.

What email cannot do

  • Hold an RV. The booking lives on the host's listing, and the host accepts or declines it.
  • Book a campsite. That is the campground, or Florida State Parks for the state parks.
  • Take a payment or refund one. No money moves through this site.
  • Arrange a drop-off. Hosts deliver for a fee they set; 98.8% of the RVs that can reach the Keys offer it.
  • Speak for a park or an agency. This site is not affiliated with any of them.
Ask the host, not us

Four answers the listing does not publish

These are the questions that decide whether a Keys booking works. Only the host can answer them, so ask before you pay.

Whether they will drive to your exact site

A host's delivery radius on Outdoorsy does not say whether it means road miles or a straight line. 37 of the RVs that can reach the Keys publish a per-mile fee, typically $4.00 a mile. Give the host the campground name and site number and get the fee in writing.

The length, hitch to bumper

Bahia Honda's Sandspur loop measures 23 feet hitch to bumper, and Leo's in Key West measures 42 feet including bumpers and racks. Outdoorsy does not say whether a trailer's listed length includes the hitch.

What time they can arrive

Grassy Key takes no check-ins after 4:30 p.m. Bluewater Key refuses late arrivals and escorts every RV in. State parks check in from 3 p.m. A delivery that lands after the office closes may not get in at all.

What the day rate leaves out

The published rate is the vehicle. Delivery, cleaning, Florida's 6% tax on the rental, and the deposit (typically $1,000) come on top, and the campsite has its own 12.5% tax.

Key Largo to Key West

Listings are published by their owners on Outdoorsy. Protection plans and roadside assistance are the marketplace's, offered at checkout on eligible bookings and subject to its terms. This site provides neither.
